When you send a quote request, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address, location and message. We also record which page you sent the form from.

How we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange any work you ask us to carry out. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and stored in our business email and customer records. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting work, and for up to six years where we need them for accounting or legal reasons.

Cookies

We use Google Ads to advertise. If you click Accept on our cookie banner, Google Ads sets cookies that tell us when a visit from an ad leads to a quote request or a click on our phone number. This helps us see which ads are worth paying for. If you click Reject, or make no choice, no advertising cookies are set and Google only receives limited, cookieless signals.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can change your choice at any time using the link in the footer.

We also store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@samoravision.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
